Keith has been involved in the real estate business as a Sales Agent and/or Broker since 1983 and he was licensed by the State of Colorado as a Real Estate Appraiser in 1990 until 2001 when he put his license on inactive status. Before joining RE/MAX 100 Inc. in March of 1995, he worked at an independent commercial real estate office in Denver. In his second year, he became that firms Top Producer and for the next 10 years he continued to finish first or second in sales annually. Keith specialized in investment properties. His successful transactions range from single family investments, duplexes to fourplexes, and small and large apartment complexes to other forms of commercial real estate. In addition, Keith has owned and managed rental property since 1980.
